The objective of the ITU Regional Human Capacity Development Forums is to promote excellence in human capacity development in the information and communications technology (ICT) and telecoms sector. The Forum provides a unique opportunity to :
i) debate key training challenges and needs in the ICT sector;
ii) network with international and regional thought leaders on learning and development;
iii) share best practices in learning and development;
iv) develop new business contacts and meet training providers operating in Africa; and
v) develop regional initiatives for cooperation amongst public and private sector stakeholders involved in learning and development.
