This course covers Satellite coordination, filing, planning and bringing into use for Earth and space satellites. It focuses on issues of Radio Regulations:
- Interference analysis,
- communicating with the Buro,
- regulatory procedures for setting up new satellite systems,
- looks at different satellite orbits and their usage,
- looks at frequency and band plans for FSS, BSS and MSS services.
- The Course illustrates use of modern software for notification, reporting, database management and overall management of MIFR, NFTAs and other databases that are used by the BR and administrations.
- The course illustrates the procedures for filing, notification as well housekeeping tools. Participants conduct live online experiments on the BR space portal to access BRSOFR database resources when authorized by the BR Administration.
