Software skills that transform IT infrastructure

AFRALTI in collaboration with the United Kingdom Telecommunications Academy (UKTA) and the University of Rwanda (UR) is offering an Online Master of Communications Management (eMCM). eMCM is designed for people working in the following Sectors: ICT Regulators, Telecom Operators, ICT Policy Makers, and Internet Service Providers and Broadcasters.

9 July 2021 – 5 October 2021 | Legal, Regulatory, Policy, and Environment of a Converged Society |
9 October 2021 – 11 January 2022 | Human Resources for ICT |
15 January 2021 – 11April 2022 | Strategic Management for ICT |
17 April 2022 – 13 October 2022 | Final dissertation project |
These four modules can be completed whilst participants are in full-time employment. Once the participant has completed the four modules can register for the dissertation.
The participant would be required to be a degree holder with a minimum of three years of working experience in the ICT sector.
It will take one year and six months to complete eMCM.
