AFRALTI Postal and Courier School is offering 10 courses designed for Postal and Courier Operators, Regulators, Policy Makers, and other stakeholders in this sub-sector. For the last 5 years, about 1,100 people from different countries have been trained. Some of the Countries that have benefited are Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Botswana, Kingdom of Eswatini, Malawi, South Africa, Mozambique, and Tanzania. The majority of the participants were from Kenya since the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has been sponsoring participants from the licensed Postal and Courier Operators in Kenya as part of the human capacity building initiatives in regulatory compliance.
