The African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) and the African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA) signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that brings together two crucial sectors digital innovation and road infrastructure management. AFRALTI, a leading inter-governmental institution dedicated to ICT capacity building and digital research across Africa, joins forces with ARMFA, a continent-wide association championing good governance, sustainable financing, and institutional strengthening within national Road Maintenance Funds.
