Throughout his career, Adam has worked closely with organizations to improve service management capabilities and drive operational excellence.

In his current role, Adam helps shape the evolution of the ITIL® framework, ensuring it remains practical, relevant, and responsive to the rapidly changing needs of modern organizations.
