In light of the fact that children and the youth are increasingly being exposed to risks and vulnerabilities in the cyberspace through the use of Internet, the Authority has in place a Child Online Protection (COP) campaign dubbed Be The COP. The African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) has partnered with Awards for Training and Higher Education (ATHE) to offer UK-based Diploma and Certificate Education. AFRALTI was officially recognised as an ATHE Centre on 13 October, 2021.

ATHE is a global awarding organisation with a strong brand presence in the UK. It is regulated by Ofqual and other UK and international regulators working globally in over 55 countries. Read more

AFRATLI Partners with CERTIPASS To Promote Digital Literacy in the Region

CERTIPASS has entered into a partnership with AFRALTI, the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute, which has chosen the EIPASS programs for the certification of the computer user’s digital skills.

AFRALTI is an Inter-Governmental Institute established in 1991 to supplement and spearhead ICT development efforts mainly in Sub-Saharan Africa.

This collaboration aims to spread the skills necessary for the conscious use of digital devices, the Internet and productivity applications.Read more
