Master of Communications Management by eLearning (eMCM), July 2018 intake
Online Master of Communications Management (eMCM)
AFRALTI in collaboration with United Kingdom Telecommunications Academy (UKTA) and University of Rwanda (UR) is offering Online Master of Communications Management (eMCM). eMCM is designed for people working in the following ICT Sectors: ICT Regulators, Telecom Operators, ICT Policy Makers, Internet Service Providers, Broadcasters and any other ICT field.
Modules offered are as follows:
6 July – 1 October 2018: Module 1 – Legal, Regulatory, Policy and Environment of a Converged Society – Fee USD700
5 October – 14 January 2019: Module 2 – Human Resources for ICT – Fee USD700
19 January 2019 – 8 April 2019: Module 3 – Strategic Management for ICT – Fee USD700
12 April 2019 – 8 July 2019: Module 4 – Project Management for ICT – Fee USD700
9 July 2019 – 12 January 2020: Final dissertation project – Fee USD1,200
These four modules can be completed whilst participants are in full time employment.
Once the participant has completed the four modules can register for dissertation.
The participant would be required to be a degree holder with a minimum of three years working experience in ICT sector.
It will take one year and six months to complete eMCM at a cost of USD4,000 tuition fee only for participants from AFRALTI member states and others interested. For privately sponsored students, here is the Payment Schedule.
